If, for any reason, you decide that the item you've purchased isn't a perfect fit within 30 days of receiving your order, don't worry – you won't be charged a penny for the return.

Here's how our return process works:

  1. Initiate Your Return: Simply email us at info@modernpatio.co.uk with your order number, and we will promptly provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.

  2. Hassle-Free Return Shipping: We understand that returning a product can be inconvenient, so we cover the return shipping costs. For larger items that may have restocking fees imposed by our suppliers, rest assured, we've got those covered as well.

  3. Quick Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s) at our warehouse(s), we'll send you an email notification to confirm that we've processed your return payment.

Please Note:

  • To qualify for a refund, the returned item(s) must arrive at our distribution center in "Like New" condition, complete with all original packaging and accessories.

  • "Like New" condition means that the item(s) should not exhibit any visible signs of wear. If the returned item(s) show wear or have issues due to use, a full refund may not be possible, as such items cannot be resold.

  • If your purchase included any free gifts, please include those in your return.
